广西城市土地利用效益时空演变及驱动因子诊断 被引量:2

摘要 研究了2003~2019年广西14个地级市土地利用效益时空演变规律及趋势,并诊断影响效益的驱动因子,旨在为提升广西土地利用效益提供借鉴及参考。结果表明:广西土地利用效益区域差异显著,都呈现出不同的形式上升,综合效益高低受相邻城市影响较小,影响广西土地利用综合效益提高的驱动因子大小为:城镇化率>产业结构调整>财政收入>城镇单位在岗职工平均工资>全社会从业人员数量>人口增长率。提出了未来应进一步提升城镇化率,同时优化产业结构,大力发展绿色循环经济,缩小区域经济效益差距,协调好土地利用社会、经济、生态效益发展。 This paper studies the temporal and spatial evolution laws and trends of land use efficiency in 14 prefecture level cities in Guangxi from 2003 to 2019, and diagnose the driving factors affecting the efficiency, with the aim of providing reference for improving the land use efficiency in Guangxi. The results show that there are significant regional differences in land use efficiency in Guangxi, and they all show different forms of rise. The comprehensive efficiency is less affected by the neighboring cities. The driving factors affecting the improvement of comprehensive land use efficiency in Guangxi are: urbanization rate > industrial structure adjustment > fiscal revenue > average wage of employees in urban units > number of employees in the whole society > population growth rate. In the future, the urbanization rate should be further increased;the industrial structures should be optimized;the green circular economy should be vigorously developed;the regional economic benefit gap should be narrowed, and the social, economic and ecological benefits of land use should be well coordinated.
