基于力学平衡模型的高标准农田建设实施协调度分析--以广东省为例

Coordination Analysis of High-Standard Farmland Construction Implementation Based on Mechanical Balance Model--A Case Study of Guangdong Province

摘要 以广东省的112个县(市、区)为研究单元,依托“十二五”期间高标准农田建设的实施数据、耕地资源状况和高标规划数据等,构建了基于建设“潜力-强度-难度”三维要素的实施状态分析框架,并引入力学平衡模型进行了高标准农田建设的实施协调度分析。结果表明:①广东省高标建设实施协调度整体尚好,同时也存在明显的空间差异,失调区主要在粤西沿海区和珠三角平原核心区;协调区主要位于粤西北山区、粤东沿海区及珠三角的西北端;②结合实施偏离度特征象限信息来判定问题区域,划分高潜力低强度失调型、高强度低难度失调型和高难度低潜力失调型3种问题类型。研究结果显示力学平衡模型可以有效测算高标准农田建设的实施协调度,为高标准农田建设的宏观决策提供技术参考。 This paper takes 112 counties(cities and districts)in Guangdong Province as the research unit.Based on the implementation data of high-standard farmland construction during the 12th Five-Year Plan period,cultivated land resources status and high-standard planning data,an implementation state analysis framework based on the three-dimensional elements of construction"potential-intensity-difficulty"was constructed,and a mechanical equilibrium model was introduced to analyze the implementation coordination degree of high-standard farmland construction.The results show that:①the overall coordination degree of high-standard construction in Guangdong Province is good,but there are also obvious spatial differences.The imbalanced areas are mainly located in the coastal areas of western Guangdong and the core area of the Pearl River Delta Plain;the coordination areas are mainly located in the mountainous areas of northwestern Guangdong and eastern Guangdong,the coastal area and the northwestern end of the Pearl River Delta;②the problem areas based on the characteristic quadrant information of the implementation deviation are determined.which are divided into three types:high-potential and low-intensity disorder,high-intensity and low-difficulty disorder,and high-difficulty and low-potential disorder.The research results show that the mechanical balance model can effectively measure the implementation coordination degree of high-standard farmland construction,which provides technical reference for macro-decision of high-standard farmland construction.
