黄龙景区交通碳排放及低碳化路径研究

摘要 随着我国碳中和、碳达峰目标的提出,低碳化已经成为旅游业高质量发展的新方向。世界遗产是全人类的共同财富,如何走出绿色低碳的可持续发展之路,是世界遗产面临的重要任务。采用碳排放系数法对世界自然遗产地黄龙景区在2015~2021年的交通碳排放量进行了实证测算和分析。在此基础上,总结了黄龙景区交通碳排放的影响因素:旅游需求持续增加、旅游者交通行为的影响、黄龙景区生态特殊性的影响、景区周边交通条件变化的影响;提出了低碳化路径和对策:优化完善车辆限流和分流措施、调整单一道路交通形势、推广新能源公共交通方式。以期为世界自然遗产地的环境保护和旅游可持续发展,以及旅游景区行业的低碳化管理提供有益的参考。 With the proposal of carbon neutrality and carbon peak in China,low-carbon tourism has become a new direction of high-quality development.World heritage sites are the common wealth of all mankind.How to develop green and low-carbon sustainable development is an important task for world heritage sites.In this paper,the carbon emission coefficient method is used to calculate and analyze the transportation carbon emission of Huanglong Scenic Spot from 2015 to 2021.On this basis,the influencing factors of transportation carbon emission in Huanglong Scenic spot are summarized:the continuous increase of tourism demand,the impact of tourists'traffic behavior,the impact of the ecological particularity of Huanglong Scenic Spot,and the impact of changes in traffic conditions around the scenic spot;and the low-carbon path and countermeasures are discussed:optimize and improve vehicle flow restriction and diversion measures,adjust the single road traffic situation,and promote new energy public transport in order to provide beneficial reference for environmental protection and sustainable development of tourism of world natural heritage site,as well as low-carbon management of tourism scenic spot industry.
