Interest Frontier and Frontier Interests:Connotations and Their Interrelations

进入全球化以后,国家利益逐渐溢出主权国家的领土边界,不再局限于主权国家的领土范围。在国家利益溢出国界后,利益边疆作为一种新型的边疆形态随之产生。利益边疆一改学界对边疆的认知传统,与边疆利益陷入了概念与理论的纠葛。为了避免利益边疆与边疆利益概念的混淆和误用,进而推进利益边疆理论构建,从国家、主权与利益的视角,对利益边疆与边疆利益的内涵及其相互关系进行阐释和分析。

After globalization,national interests are no longer limited to the territory of sovereign states,but gradually overflow the territorial boundaries of sovereign states.After the national interest spills over the national boundary,the interest frontier comes into being as a new frontier form.However,the emergence of interest frontier has changed the tradition of cognition to the frontier and entangled with the frontier interest in concept and theory.In order to avoid the confusion and misuse of the concept between interest frontier and frontier interests,and further promote the theoretical construction of interest frontier,this paper explains and analyzes the connotation and their relationship between interest frontier and frontier interests from the perspectives of state,sovereignty and interest.
