摘要 在全球卫生背景下,中国需要加强国际卫生合作,共建人类命运共同体。社会对“英语+医学”的高端复合型人才的需求也越来越大,卓越医生的培养力度也随之加强。以提升卓越班学生的综合素养为目标、以提高卓越医生人才培养质量为导向,许多高校开设了一系列创新实践课程,如医学英语、医学学术英语阅读、医学翻译等。目前来看,教学中占据主导地位的仍是传统教学模式,存在教学理念保守、教学手段单一、教学内容不能与时俱进等局限性。随着社会对复合型医学人才的需求越来越大,大学英语教学面临重大改革,高校越来越重视以培养“实用型、综合型”人才为目标的专门用途英语(English for special purpose,ESP)教学。研究结合目前卓越医生班的ESP翻译教学实践,探索教学创新的具体策略。随着教育体制改革的深入以及行业精英教育的需求,ESP教学创新改革势在必行。 China needs to strengthen international health cooperation to build a community with a shared future for mankind under the global health environment.With the society’s increasing demand for“English+medicine”high-end compound talents,the training of excellent physicians is also strengthened.With the goal of improving the comprehensive literacy of excellent physicians and the orientation of improving the quality of talent training for outstanding doctors,many universities have opened a series of innovative practical courses,such as medical English,medical academic English reading,and medical translation.At present,the dominant position in teaching is still the traditional teaching model,which has limitations such as conservative teaching concepts,single teaching methods and teaching content that cannot keep up with the times.With the increasing demand for compound medical talents,college English teaching is facing major reforms.Colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to English for special purpose(ESP)teaching aimed at cultivating“practical and comprehensive”talents.Combing the current ESP translation teaching practice of the excellent physicians,this article explores the measures of teaching innovation.With the reform deepening of the education system and the demand for industry elite education,innovation and reform of ESP teaching is imperative.
