导师制结合PBL教学法在影像科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:5

Application of Tutorial System Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Residents in Imaging Department

摘要 目的探讨在影像科住院医师规范化培训中运用导师制结合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院影像科进行住院医师规范化培训的40名学生为研究对象,根据教学方法的不同分组,分为对照组和试验组,对照组(n=20)采用传统教学法教学,试验组(n=20)采用导师制结合PBL教学法教学,对两组教学方法的教学效果进行比较。结果试验组理论知识考核成绩(45.78±2.97)分高于对照组(42.25±2.87)分,实践技能考核成绩(44.37±3.76)分高于对照组(38.96±3.71)分,试验组学生对教学的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制结合PBL教学法可以提高参加住院医师规范化培训学生的理论、技能考核成绩,同时提高学生对教学的满意度,能够培养学生自主学习的能力以及综合素质,提升教学质量。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of applying the tutorial system combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training of imaging residents.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,40 students who received standardized training for residents in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,they were grouped into the control group(n=20)using traditional teaching methods.The experimental group(n=20)used the tutorial system combined with the PBL teaching method to compare the teaching effects of the two teaching methods.Results The score of theoretical knowledge assessment(45.78±2.97)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(42.25±2.87),and the score of practical skills assessment(44.37±3.76)was higher than that of the control group(38.96±3.71).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group to teaching was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system combined with the PBL teaching method can improve the theoretical and skill assessment scores of the students participating in the standardized training of resident doctors,and at the same time improve the students'satisfaction with teaching,can cultivate the students'independent learning ability and comprehensive quality,and improve the quality of teaching.
