医学影像学课程中案例式教学法的应用价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究医学影像学课程中案例式教学法的应用价值。方法随机抽取2019年1—12月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院进行实习的医学影像学专业的38名学生设定为对照组,采用常规教学模式,将2020年1—12月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院进行实习的医学影像学专业的38名学生设定为试验组,采用案例式教学法,对比两组学生的考试成绩、综合能力、学生对教学模式与教师的满意度。结果对比两组考试成绩与综合能力评分显示,试验组考试成绩以及综合能力评分均高于对照组,对比两组学生对教学方式与教师的满意度显示,试验组学生对教学方式以及教师的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用案例式教学法对医学影像学专业的学生进行教学,可以有效提高学生的考核成绩,促使其综合能力得到全面的培养,可有效提高学生对学习的积极性,在以后临床工作中也有显著的作用。 Objective To study the application value of case teaching in medical imaging courses.Methods A total of 38 medical imaging students who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were randomly selected as the control group,and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.A total of 38 medical imaging students who practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were set as the experimental group.The case teaching model was used to compare the two groups of students'test scores,comprehensive ability,students'satisfaction with the teaching model and the tutor.Results The comparison of the test scores and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups showed that the test scores and comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The comparison of the students'satisfaction with the teaching methods and tutors of the two groups showed that the satisfaction with the teaching methods and tutors of the students of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using case teaching mode to teach medical imaging students can effectively improve their assessment scores,promote the comprehensive ability of students to be fully cultivated.It can effectively improve students'enthusiasm for learning,and it will also play a significant role in the future clinical work.
