Application Effect of PBL Nursing Rounds in Training of Emergency Nurses

在传统急诊护理查房过程中,目前仍存在着一些问题,这些问题严重地制约了护理人员综合素质能力提升。与此同时,在进行急诊科护理人员培训的过程中,不能仅仅局限于急诊护理人员的相应临床理论水平的提升,还要提升护理人员的相应临床思维评判能力。最终使急诊护理人员具备与工作业务相应的过人的眼力、熟练的操作能力、优秀的交流能力、精准的处理问题能力和相应的承受工作压力的心理素质。文章将特别针对目前急诊科护理查房中存在的一些问题,并充分地结合以问题为基础的(problem-based learning,PBL)护理查房教学的基本原理,对PBL护理查房起到提高急诊护理的质量,以及PBL护理查房对护理人员与护理查房相关的业务水平所产生的影响,来进行相应的应用效果评价,并最终为提升护理人员相应的护理水平提供参考性的建议。

In the process of traditional emergency nursing rounds,there are still some problems,which seriously restrict the improvement of the comprehensive quality and ability of nurses.At the same time,in the process of training emergency department nurses,it should not only improve the corresponding clinical theory level of emergency department nurses,but also improve the corresponding clinical thinking and judgment ability of nurses.Finally,the emergency nursing staff will have excellent eyesight,skilled operation ability,excellent communication ability,accurate problem-solving ability and corresponding psychological quality to withstand work pressure.This article will focus on some problems existing in the current nursing rounds in the emergency department,and fully combine the basic principles of PBL nursing rounds to improve the quality of emergency nursing and the impact of PBL nursing rounds on the professional level of nursing staff and nursing rounds,to evaluate the corresponding application effect,and finally provide reference suggestions for improving the corresponding nursing level of nursing staff.
