学习金字塔理论联合OSCE教学在实习生中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究在儿科实习护生中采用学习金字塔理论联合客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)教学对其综合能力、临床思维能力的影响,并对其进行分析与探讨。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月于南通大学附属医院儿科实习的91名护理专业学生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(实施学习金字塔理论应用于OSCE教学模式)和对照组(实施常规教学),对比两组儿科实习护生的综合能力、临床思维能力以及教学满意率。结果试验组综合能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床思维能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组教学满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科实习护生中采用学习金字塔理论联合OSCE教学模式不仅可提高其综合能力,改善其临床思维能力,同时还可提高实习导师的教学满意率。 Objective To explore the influence of learning pyramid theory combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching on the comprehensive ability and clinical thinking ability of pediatric nursing students,and analyze and discuss it.Methods 91 nursing students who practiced in the pediatric department of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(applying the learning pyramid theory to the OSCE teaching model)and the control group(implementing the conventional teaching).The comprehensive ability,clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups of pediatric practice nursing students were compared.Results The comprehensive ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability of the test group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of learning pyramid theory combined with OSCE teaching model in pediatric practice nursing students can not only improve their comprehensive ability,improve their clinical thinking ability,but also improve the teaching satisfaction rate of practice instructors.
