本校留学生药理学教学效果优化的探索与实践

摘要 中国“一带一路”的提出,成功促进了沿线诸多国家的繁荣发展、推动了人类命运共同体的伟大建设。在此背景下,来华留学生的规模在迅速增长,已经成为我国高等教育中的一个不可忽视的重要群体。如何提高留学生医学教育质量和水平成为国内高校共同面对的重要课题。药理学作为基础医学与临床医学、医学与药学之间的桥梁课程,在医学留学生的教育中具有极其重要的地位。基于齐齐哈尔医学院多年来留学生教学的经验和实践,文章主要结合齐齐哈尔医学院留学生药理学教学经验论述了优化教学资源、教师队伍建设、课堂教学和评估考核等方面的实践教学,分享留学生教学效果优化的关键要素和自身经验,旨在探索和建设具有自身特色的留学生药理学教学体系,以期更高效地践行育人功能。 China's“Belt and Road”initiative has successfully promoted the prosperity and development of many countries along the routes and contributed to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.In this context,the scale of international students in China is growing rapidly,has become an important group in China's higher education.How to improve the quality and level of medical education for foreign students has become an important subject for domestic universities.As a bridge course between basic medicine and clinical medicine,medicine and pharmacy,pharmacology plays an extremely important role in the education of medical students.Based on Qiqihar Medical University international students of teaching experience and practice over the years,this paper combined with Qiqihar Medical University students pharmacology teaching experience discusses the optimization of teaching resources,teachers team construction,teaching and assessment of practice teaching,to share the key elements of the teaching effect optimization and experience,explores and construction has its own characteristics of international students in pharmacology teaching system,in order to efficient practice of educational function.
