摘要
研究地理乡村教师定向师范生报考意愿及影响因素,可为江苏省地理乡村教师定向师范生高质量培养提供有益参考。通过对江苏省H学院2016—2019级地理乡村教师定向师范生进行问卷调查,分析对H学院地理乡村教师定向师范生报考意愿产生影响的因素。研究发现:江苏省地理乡村教师定向师范生报考意愿受地区差异的影响,如地区需求差异、经济发展水平差异,还受到教师职业特殊性、性别、家庭等因素影响。在此基础上,提出了相应对策建议。
The study on the willingness to apply for the targeted-area normal students program of geography discipline can provide a reference for the training of the high-quality targeted-area normal students in Jiangsu province.Through a questionnaire survey of 2016-2019 targeted-area normal students of geography discipline in H College of Jiangsu Province,it finds that the students’willingness of application is affected by regional differences like regional demand differences and economic development level differences,and also affected by such factors as the particularity of teachers’profession,gender and family.On this basis,some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
