社会工作介入退役军人安置工作的思考

Thinking of Social Work Intervening in the Resettlement of Ex-servicemen

当前,针对退役军人的安置工作,在制度层面给予保障的同时,还面临着一些其他的问题,社会工作的实践为解决这些问题提供新的视角,并且在退役军人安置工作中发挥着积极的作用,其中最具有代表性的就是介入退役军人的就业转向问题,通过提升退役军人内在和外在两方面的就业能力,帮助其顺利实现就业转向。此外,退役复学大学生和退役老兵亦是社会工作实践与退役军人安置工作相结合的过程中应当关注的特殊退役军人群体。

Despite the guarantee at the institutional level,the current resettlement work of demobilized soldiers faces some other problems.The practice of social work provides a new perspective to solve these problems,and plays a positive role in their resettlement work,which is mainly manifested in the intervention in the demobilized soldiers resettled into new jobs,i.e.,helping realize the transition of employment smoothly by improving their internal and external employment ability.In addition,decommissioned college students returning to school and veterans are also special groups of ex-servicemen that should be paid attention to in the process of combining social work practice with the resettlement of ex-servicemen.
