IgE、IFN-γ和IL-8在过敏性鼻炎患者血清中的表达及临床意义

The Expression and Clinical Significance of IgE,IFN-γand IL-8 in Serum of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨IgE、IFN-γ和IL-8在过敏性鼻炎患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于我院就诊的110例过敏性鼻炎患者纳入观察组,按照患者病情严重程度,将其分为轻度组(41例)、中重度组(69例)。另选取50例体检健康者纳入对照组,采用ELISE法检测各组血清IgE、IFN-γ和IL-8水平,比较轻度组、中重度组过敏性鼻炎评分量表(SFAR)及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,分析IgE、IFN-γ和IL-8水平与各量表评分的相关性。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清IgE和IL-8水平明显较高,而IFN-γ水平明显较低(P<0.05);与轻度组比较,中重度组血清IgE和IL-8水平明显较高,而IFN-γ水平明显较低(P<0.001);与轻度组比较,中重度组SFAR量表及VAS量表评分明显较高(P<0.001);血清IgE、IL-8水平与SFAR量表及VAS量表评分呈正相关(P<0.001);血清IFN-γ水平与SFAR量表及VAS量表评分呈负相关(P<0.001);IgE诊断过敏性鼻炎的AUC为0.819(95%CI:0.749~0.938,P<0.001),灵敏度为94.51%,特异性为85.65%;IFN-γ诊断过敏性鼻炎的AUC为0.779(95%CI:0.657~0.904,P=0.004),灵敏度为89.19%,特异性为80.23%;IL-8诊断过敏性鼻炎的AUC为0.807(95%CI:0.721~0.916,P<0.001),灵敏度为92.07%,特异性为81.93%。结论IgE和IL-8在过敏性鼻炎患者血清中表达较高,而IFN-γ表达较低,且其表达水平与患者病情严重程度有关,三者诊断过敏性鼻炎的灵敏度及特异性均较高。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of IgE,IFN-γand IL-8 in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from January,2018 to December,2020 were included in the observation group.According to the severity of the disease,these patients were divided into the mild group(41 cases)and moderate to severe group(69 cases).Another 50 healthy subjects were included in the control group.Serum IgE,IFN-γand IL-8 levels in each group were detected by ELISE.Comparison of allergic rhinitis rating scale(SFAR)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores between groups,and the correlations between levels of IgE,IFN-γand IL-8 and the scores of each scale were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,serum levels of IgE and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly higher,while levels of IFN-γwere significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the mild group,the scores of SFAR and VAS in the moderate to severe group were significantly higher(P<0.001).Levels of serum IgE and IL-8 were significantly higher than those of the mild group.SFAR and VAS scores were positively correlated(P<0.001).Serum IFN-γlevels were negatively correlated with SFAR and VAS scores(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression of IgE and IL-8 in the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis is higher,while the expression of IFN-γis lower,and the expression level is related to the severity of the disease.
