中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的相关性研究

Relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and lower extremity vascular lesion in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人血清中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与下肢血管病变的相关性。方法:选取T2DM病人148例,根据下肢血管彩色多普勒超声检查结果分为单纯T2DM组(T组)76例和T2DM合并下肢血管病变组(L组)72例。收集2组病人相关临床指标,计算NLR,分析其与下肢血管病变的相关性。结果:T组病人年龄、收缩压、中性粒细胞数目及NLR均低于L组(P<0.05~P<0.01),淋巴细胞数目明显高于L组(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示,NLR与年龄、收缩压均呈正相关关系(r=0.206、0.211,P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,NLR和年龄是T2DM病人下肢血管病变的危险因素(P<0.01)。结论:NLR是T2DM下肢血管病变的危险因素,对T2DM病人下肢血管病变有提示意义,有一定预测价值。

Objective:To study the correlation between serum neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and lower extremity vascular lesion in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 148 T2DM patients were selected and divided into simple T2DM group(group T,n=76)and complicated with lower extremity vascular lesion group(group L,n=72)according to the color Doppler ultrasonography of lower extremity vessels.The clinical indexes of patients in the two groups were collected and NLR was calculated.The relationship between NLR and lower extremity vascular lesion was analyzed.Results:The age,systolic blood pressure(SBP),neutrophil count(NEUT)and NLR in group T were significantly lower than those in group L(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The lymphocyte count in group T was significantly higher than that in group L(P<0.01).The correlation analysis showed that NLR was positively correlated with age and SBP(r=0.206,0.211,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR and age were risk factors for lower extremity vascular lesion in T2DM patients(P<0.01).Conclusions:NLR is a risk factor for lower extremity vascular lesion in T2DM patients,which has suggestive significance and predictive value for the disease.
