金融素养对农村居民家庭消费影响研究——基于CHFS数据实证

摘要 基于2019年中国家庭金融调查数据,采用OLS和2SLS模型以及中介调节效应模型研究金融素养对农村居民家庭消费的影响。结果表明:农村居民家庭金融素养水平较低,提升空间较大;金融素养提升有利于促进农村居民家庭消费水平提高,对享受型消费正向促进作用更为显著,对生存型消费正向促进作用最小;信贷行为、理财行为在金融素养对农村居民家庭消费中具有中介作用,风险态度具有负向调节作用;金融素养在不同地区、不同收入、不同年龄组农村居民家庭消费中的作用存在差异性;农户受教育程度、家庭收入对家庭消费总量及生存、发展、享受型消费均起到正向促进作用。基于此,提出要加强农村居民金融素养教育、创新金融教育方式、完善农村社会保障体系、创新农村金融服务方式。研究结论为金融素养理论在农村居民家庭消费领域的应用提供参考,为建立更加完备的现代农村金融体系提供研究经验,为促进农村消费结构升级和发展高质量消费提供政策建议。 Based on CHFS survey data in 2019,OLS model,2SLS model and intermediary moderating model are used to study the impact of financial literacy on rural household consumption.The results show that the financial literacy level of rural households is low,and there is much space for improvement;Financial literacy is conducive to improving the consumption level of rural households,with a more significant positive effect on enjoyment consumption and a minimum positive effect on survival consumption;Credit behavior and financial behavior play an intermediary role in financial literacy on rural household consumption;Risk attitude has negative moderating effect;There are differences in the role of financial literacy in rural household consumption in different regions,different incomes and different ages;The education level and family income of farmers play a positive role in promoting the total household consumption,survival,development and enjoyment consumption.Based on this,it is proposed to strengthen the financial literacy education of rural residents,innovate the financial education mode,improve the rural social security system,and innovate the rural financial service mode.The research conclusion provides reference for the application of financial literacy theory in the field of rural household consumption,provides research experience for the establishment of a more complete modern rural financial system,and provides policy recommendations for promoting the upgrading of rural consumption structure and the development of high-quality consumption.
