摘要
将非线性非指数方程离散为一系列连续的小温度区间的差分形式,用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对升温速率为10℃/min、降温速率分别为10、50、100℃/min的玻璃粉末样品进行比热实验测试,基于粒子群算法开发了参数识别工具,进行TNM模型参数拟合,获得了玻璃材料结构松弛的4个可调参数,为进一步研究数值模拟提供了本构参数。
The nonlinear non-exponential equation was discretized into a series of continuous small temperature intervals in the differential form,and then the glass powder samples were subjected to a differential thermal scanning analyzer for experimentally at the same heating rate 10℃/min and three different cooling rates,10℃/min,50℃/min,100℃/min.Finally,a parameter identification tool was developed based on particle swarm algorithm to analyze the experimental data.The parameters of TNM model were fitted,thus four turnable parameters for the structural relaxation of the glass material were obtained,which may provide basic data for the simulation method.
