机器人协同装配的发展与应用研究综述 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,人-机器人协同装配作为新一代的生产模式被引入到智能制造系统当中,能够有效解决智能制造的人机协同装配问题,已成为学术界和工业界一个重要的研究课题。为了更好地理解人-机器人协同装配技术以及该技术在智能制造中的发展与应用,运用内容分析法和文献计量法,结合CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱,对人-机器人协同装配进行了国内外研究现状分析。介绍了人-机器人协同装配研究中的关键技术,包括机器人抓取、人机协同。最后对人-机器人协同装配在智能制造中的应用进行了总结和分析,希望为人-机器人协同装配在智能制造领域的落地应用提供一定的理论参考和借鉴。 In recent years, human-robot collaborative assembly, which can effectively solve the problem of human-machine collaborative assembly in intelligent manufacturing, has been introduced into the intelligent manufacturing system as a new generation of production mode, and become an important research topic in the academic and industrial circles around the world. In order to better understand the human-robot collaborative assembly technology, as well as the development and application of this technology in intelligent manufacturing, the author conducts research analysis of domestic and foreign collaborative robot assembly, using content analysis, bibliometric methods and CiteSpace software to draw a knowledge map. Also, the key technologies in the research of human-robot collaborative assembly are reviewed, including robot grasping and human-robot collaboration. Finally, the application of human-robot collaborative assembly in intelligent manufacturing is summarized and analyzed, in order to provide a certain reference for the application of human-robot collaborative assembly in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
