自恋在完美主义与抑郁间的中介作用——以大学生群体为例

Mediation Effect of Narcissism Between Perfectionism and Depression Among College Students

为探究自恋在大学生完美主义与抑郁间的中介作用,采用“大学生一般完美主义量表”“自恋人格问卷”“抑郁自评量表”对280名在校本科生进行问卷调查.结果表明:大学生适应不良完美主义、隐性自恋与抑郁两两呈显著正相关,大学生适应良好完美主义与抑郁呈显著负相关;大学生适应不良完美主义能显著正向预测抑郁,同时,隐性自恋在这一过程中起到部分中介作用.该作用机制对大学生抑郁倾向的干预提供了建议.

In order to explore the mediation effect of narcissism on college students perfectionism and depression,"the College Students General Perfectionism Scale""Narcissistic Personality Questionnaire"and"Depression Self-rating Scale"are used in this study to conduct a questionnaire survey on 280 undergraduates.The results are shown as follows.On one hand,there is a significantly positive correlation between maladaptive perfectionism,implicit narcissism and depression in college students while there is a significantly negative correlation between college students adaptive perfectionism and depression.On the other hand,maladaptive perfectionism in college students can significantly and positively predict depression.In the meanwhile,implicit narcissism plays a partial mediating role in this process.Based on the above analysis,the mechanism of action provides suggestions for the intervention of depression tendency in college students.
