系统梳理中国共产党建党100年来从城乡分治到城乡统筹发展,从城乡一体化到城乡融合发展的探索历程,客观评价我国城乡协调发展百年来取得的成就和不足.立足当前,深刻分析在中国共产党第二个百年奋斗的起点,我国城乡协调发展在城乡收入分配、民生供给、要素流动、产业融合、生态治理等方面面临的诸多差距和挑战,总结提出五大政策路径,为促进我国城乡协调发展、实现共同富裕提供参考借鉴.

Over the past century,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people to keep forging ahead on the road of pursuing coordinated urban and rural development,adhered to the Marxist thought on urban and rural development,and based on China s national conditions,taken the urban and rural coordinated development as a strong foothold to achieve common prosperity.This paper systematically reviews the 100-year exploration of the CPC from urban-rural division to urban-rural coordinated development,and from urban-rural integration to urban-rural integrated development.The paper objectively evaluates the achievements and shortcomings of China s efforts for coordinated urban-rural development over the past century.Based on the current situation,it deeply analyzes the gap and challenges faced by China in urban and rural income distribution,people s livelihood supply,factor flow,industrial integration,ecological governance,etc.on the journey ahead toward the second centenary goal of building China into a modern socialist country in all respects,and proposes five major policies for promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and achieving common prosperity in China.
