摘要
在既往川派中医研究成果的基础上,以“中医之乡”和“中药之库”为主线索,对川派中医学术特色进行再次总结、思考和凝练,从而提出一些新的认识。川派中医学术特色的形成,以巴蜀复杂的山川地理环境为基础,以本土文化与移民文化交融的巴蜀历史文化为背景,在省内外医家的学术交流中融合而成。川派中医学术特色为历史悠久、海纳百川,守正创新、敢为人先,兼容并包、异彩纷呈,辛辣厚重与平和醇正、善用热药与针药兼擅等多元化的学术特征。川派中药特色为药材道地、类多量大,医药兼擅、方药并重,着力“性效”、重视临床等。
Based on the previous research achievements on the Sichuan Chinese medical school,its academic characteristics are summarized,reflected,and condensed considering Sichuan as one of the"origins of Chinese medicine"and"reservoirs of Chinese materia medica".Besides,some new understandings about it are proposed.The formation of its academic characteristics is based on the complex geographical environment of Bashu,combined with the historical culture of Bashu with a local and immigrant cultural integration.Thus,it is fused in the academic exchanges between Chinese medical physicians inside and outside Sichuan.The academic characteristics of the Sichuan Chinese medical school are listed as follows:having a compatible attitude with a long history,having an innovative and pioneering spirit,as well as having inclusive and colorful cultural deposits.The above characteristics are manifested in diversified academic aspects,such as the combination of acrid and sweet medicinals,and good use of medicine with a hot or warm nature and acupuncture.The characteristics of the Sichuan school of Chinese materia medica include enjoying genuine regional medicinals with great yields and varieties,good at both medical practicing and formula prescribing,and putting emphasis on"treatment effects"and clinical practice.
