摘要
以某化学品泄漏案为研究对象,采用两种不同的虚拟治理成本法计算大气环境损害价值。通过对损害价值核算过程的分析,引出虚拟治理成本法在实际案例应用中存在的不足,并提出一定的建议,以期为大气环境损害鉴定评估技术方法的完善提供一些参考和借鉴。
Taking a chemical leakage case as an example,two different technical standards are used to quantitatively assess the ecological and environmental damage caused by air pollution based on virtual disposal cost.By analyzing the quantitative evaluation process,this paper puts forward the shortcomings existing in the application of virtual disposal cost approach,and offers some suggestions in order to provide reference for quantitative assessment of ecological and environmental damage.
