基于网损平衡异动分析的10 kV配电站备自投动作状态辨识 被引量:4

摘要 10 kV配电站尚未完全接入调度主站系统,站内保护动作信息无法上报,尤其是备自投正确动作或误动后,长时间未处理将影响电网安全可靠运行。为了解决该问题,通过分析备自投不同动作状态后的潮流数据,提出了一种基于网损平衡异动捕捉的备自投动作状态辨识方法。为实现基于网损平衡异动分析的备自投动作状态的准确判断,分析了双回路接线和双电源接线方式下不同备自投运行状态时10 kV母线及支路的电量平衡变化规律。为实现备自投运行状态的及时监控,提出了以支路线损平衡异动为索引的备自投运行状态监控流程,以及基于支路线损平衡和母线电量平衡异动分析的备自投运行状态辨识方法,保证了对10 kV配电站备自投异常状态的有效辨识。最后通过算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。 The information of protection action can't be reported since 10 kV distribution stations have not been fully connected to the dispatching master station system,especially after the correct action or maloperation of the standby automatic switching,when the normal operation or disoperation of bus transfer equipment remain unprocessed,which will affects the safe and reliable operation of the power grid.In order to overcome this problem,this paper presents a method of identifying the operation state of self-switching protection for 10 kV distribution station based on network loss balance change capture by analyzing the power flow data of self-switching protection under different operation states.In order to determine the influence of bus transfer equipment operation on network loss balance change,the power balance variation law of 10 kV bus and branch line is analyzed.In order to realize the timely monitoring of the operation state of bus transfer equipment,the bus transfer equipment operation state monitoring flow based on the variation of the line loss rate and the identification method according to the change of line loss rate balance and bus power balance are proposed,which ensures the effective identification of the abnormal state of bus transfer equipment in 10 kV distribution station.Finally an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
