多点分布的含储能快充电站调控方法研究

摘要 大规模电动汽车快充负荷接入给配电网和用户造成了包括运行成本增加和峰谷差增大等一系列问题,为了减轻电动汽车快充负荷大规模接入造成的冲击,提出了基于Distflow配电网侧多点分布含储能快充电站的控制策略,利用储能系统所具有的双向充放能力实现能量在时间和空间上的传递,在平抑负荷峰谷差和减小快充负荷给电网造成影响的前提下,可降低快充电站需量电价和电量电价,从而降低快充电站成本。通过仿真分析了所提方法,在增强含储能快充电站经济性的前提下,有效避免了电价信号下含储能充放电产生的新峰值负荷给电网带来的影响,可综合考虑含储能快充电站和电网的安全、高效、经济运行。 The access of large-scale electric vehicle fast charging load brings a series of problems to the distribution network and users,including the increase of operating cost and the aggravation of peak valley difference.In order to mitigate the impact of large-scale access of electric vehicle fast charging load,a control strategy of fast charging stations integrated with energy storage based on Distflow is proposed.The proposed method can exploit the potentiality of energy storge to charge and discharge so that energy can be shifted in time and space,and stabilize the load peak valley difference,while reducing the impact of fast charging load on the power grid,it can reduce the demand price and electricity price required for the operation of fast charging stations to reduce the operation cost of fast charging stations.The simulation results illustrate that by adopting the operation strategy of multi-point distributed electric vehicle charging station(EVCS)with energy storage system(ESS),the EVCS operation cost can be reduced.In the same time,the method proposed can also avoid ESS charging and discharging under the price signal causing negative impact to the distribution system,and can give consideration to the operation economy of the fast charging station with energy storage and the safe,efficient and economic operation of the power grid.
