摘要
埋地天然气管网是城市能源输送的重要基础设施,天然气管廊系统运行安全直接影响城市的公共安全,有效预防天然气管廊火灾爆炸是城市安全工作的重点之一。国内外学者在天然气爆炸防治领域开展了较广泛的研究。从爆炸特性、泄爆效果、泄爆口设计及泄爆设备4个方面,对城市天然气管廊爆炸特性及泄爆技术研究现状进行了综述与讨论。天然气管廊爆炸特性主要总结了初始压力、初始温度、点火情况以及当量比一般规律;泄爆效果研究主要概括了泄爆口面积、泄爆口强度及其布置情况;最后总结了泄爆口设计和泄爆导管研究成果,为地下天然气管廊安全建设提供参考。
Buried natural gas pipeline network is an important infrastructure for urban energy transmission,and the operational safety of natural gas pipeline corridor system directly affects the public safety of cities,and effective prevention of natural gas pipeline fire explosion is one of the priorities of urban safety work. Scholars at home and abroad have conducted more extensive research in the field of natural gas explosion prevention and control.The research status of explosion characteristics and explosion relief technology of urban natural gas pipeline corridor is summarized and discussed from four aspects of explosion characteristics,explosion relief effect,explosion relief port design and explosion relief equipment. The explosion characteristics of natural gas pipeline corridor are summarized as follows:initial pressure,initial temperature,ignition condition and equivalence ratio;The research of explosion relief effect is summarized as follows:area,strength and layout of explosion relief port;Finally,the research results of vent design and explosion relief pipe are summarized to provide reference for the safety construction of natural gas pipeline gallery.
