摘要
重型设备广泛使用于各类施工现场,由于重型设备车体庞大,导致驾驶员存在视觉盲区,且施工现场环境复杂,施工人员与重型设备交叉作业发生冲突而导致的事故时有发生。安装重型设备接近预警系统,在人员接近设备时进行预警,成为降低类似事故发生概率的有效途径。对重型设备接近预警系统工作原理进行介绍,对比不同传感器类型的技术特性,结合施工项目现场需求构建基于RFID和AVM技术的重型设备接近预警系统,并对现场实际应用结果进行分析。研究结果表明该系统功能简便可靠,能够有效预防施工现场重型设备安全事故的发生,为各类施工现场重型设备安全管理提供了参考。
Heavy equipment is widely used in various types of construction sites,due to the large body of heavy equipment,resulting in the driver’s visual blind spot,and the construction site environment is complex,accidents caused by conflicts between construction workers and heavy equipment occur from time to time. Installing heavy equipment proximity warning system and get alert when personnel approach the equipment,has become an effective way to reduce the probability of similar accidents. This article introduces the working principle of heavy equipment proximity warning system,compares the technical characteristics of different sensor types,and combines the site requirements of pipeline construction projects to build a heavy equipment proximity warning system based on RFID and AVM technology,the application results on construction site is analyzed. Research results show that the system is simple and reliable,and can effectively prevent the occurrence of heavy equipment accidents on the construction site,which provides a reference for the safety management of heavy equipment on various construction sites.
