我国应急领域教育的现状及应急技术与管理专业人才培养多元机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 为推动我国应急管理体系和能力现代化建设,落实“十四五”国家应急体系规划,培养合格应急人才,促进应急领域教育快速科学发展,对比应急管理部成立前后应急领域教育的变化,指出当前我国应急领域教育存在的主要问题,以问题为导向构建应急技术与管理专业人才培养多元机制,形成应急技术与管理专业核心课程体系。研究结果表明:应急管理部的成立促进了应急领域教育的快速发展,但存在师资短缺、课程体系多样、实践条件缺乏等突出问题;以问题为导向,围绕培养目标、人才需求、规范要求和指向要求构建的应急技术与管理专业人才培养多元机制是解决问题的思路;提出的应急技术与管理专业核心课程体系,有利于专业课程体系统一规范和人才培养一致性。 In order to promote the modernization of China’s emergency management system and capacity,implement the national emergency system plan of the 14th five-year plan,cultivate qualified emergency talents,and promote the rapid and scientific development of emergency education,the changes of emergency education before and after the establishment of Ministry of Emergency Management were compared,the main problems existing in the current emergency education in China were pointed out,a problem-oriented and diversified mechanism for emergency technology and management talents training was constructed,and a core curriculum system of emergency technology and management was formed. The results showed that the establishment of Ministry of Emergency Management promoted the rapid development of emergency education,but there were prominent problems such as shortage of teachers,diversified curriculum system and lack of practical conditions;The diversified mechanism for emergency technology and management talents training,which was problem-oriented and constructed around training objectives,talent needs,normative requirements and directional requirements,was the way to solve the problems;The proposed core curriculum system of emergency technology and management was conducive to the unified standardization of curriculum system and the consistency of talent training.
