滑雪旅游者心流体验影响因素判别及模型构建 被引量:5

摘要 随着国人日益青睐运动休闲和体育旅游,包括滑雪在内的一些特殊体育旅游项目开始吸引越来越多的普通旅游者,但相关方面的基础研究还相对欠缺。引入心流体验理论,以新疆乌鲁木齐市两处滑雪场为典型案例地,运用深度访谈和以文本编码为主的方法尝试结构化地分析滑雪旅游者这一典型体育旅游群体的旅游体验内容,初步构建滑雪者心流体验影响因素九宫格模型。结果发现:①滑雪者心流体验发生的整个过程机理分为滑雪心流前兆、滑雪心流体验产生、心流表现结果3个阶段;②个体技能与滑雪场挑战处于相对平衡状态是滑雪旅游者获得心流体验的关键影响因素,滑雪心流体验感呈现成就感心流体验和满足感心流体验两种形式。研究带来的主要启发是:滑雪旅游产品供给方应开启滑雪者心流体验的有效循环机制,以促使滑雪者在不断挑战自我、迎接未知的过程中保持对滑雪运动的热情,从而改变“一次性滑雪”的尴尬现状。 With the increasing popularity of sports leisure and sports tourism among Chinese,some special sports tourism items including skiing had begun to attract more and more ordinary tourists.However,there was still a relative lack of basic research on related aspects.This study was introducing the theory of flow experience,taking two ski resorts in Urumqi,Xinjiang as typical cases,using the method of depth interview and giving priority to with text encoding,trying for a structured analysis of the typical sports tourism group ski tourists travel experience content,initial skiers scratchable latex flow influence factors model was constructed.The results showed that:①The mechanism of the entire process of skiers′flow experience was divided into the following three stages:Precursor of ski flow,generation of ski flow experience,and flow performance results.②The relative balance between individual skills and ski resort challenges was the key factor for skiing tourists to get flow experience.Ski flow experience presented two forms:flow experience of accomplishment and flow experience of satisfaction.The main inspiration from this study was that the ski tourism product supplier should open an effective circulation mechanism of skiers′flow experience,so as to motivate skiers to keep their enthusiasm for skiing in the process of constantly challenging themselves and meeting the unknown,thus changing the embarrassing status quo of“one-time skiing”.
