摘要
研究采用直接还原方法从赤泥中提取铁粉,降低赤泥提铁能耗。对配煤比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和磁场强度按照四因素三水平设计正交实验L_(9)(3^(4)),实验发现四种因素都会影响铁粉品位、铁回收率和能耗,影响能耗的因素由强至弱为:焙烧温度→磁场强度→焙烧时间→配煤比。优化实验条件为赤泥配煤12%、焙烧温度1150℃、焙烧时间30 min、磁场强度3000 A/m,综合考虑铁品位、铁回收率、能耗的综合指标最好:铁粉品位96.34%,铁回收率96.46%,能耗490 kgce/t,按95.00%铁品位折算能耗483 kgce/t。
In the study,iron powder was extracted from red mud by direct reduction method in order to reduce the energy consumption of iron extraction from red mud.Orthogonal experiment L_(9)(3^(4))was designed for coal blending ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time and magnetic separation intensity according to four factors and three levels.It was found that coal blending ratio,roasting temperature,roasting time and magnetic separation intensity all affect iron powder grade,iron recovery rate and energy consumption.The order of factors affecting energy consumption from strong to weak is:roasting temperature→magnetic separation intensity→roasting time→coal blending ratio.In the optimization experiment,red mud with 12%coal,roasting temperature of 1150℃,roasting time of 30 min and magnetic field intensity of 3000 A/m have the best effect.Iron powder grade is 96.34%,iron recovery rate is 96.46%,energy consumption is 490 kgce/t,and energy consumption is 483 kgce/t according to 95.00%iron grade.
