摘要
针对高磷铁矿复杂且独特的矿石性质,文章归纳了各种类型高磷铁矿的矿物组成,介绍了其资源特点和成矿原理。文章在总结现有的高磷铁矿脱磷工艺及其脱磷机理基础上,提出未来有发展潜力的高磷矿利用方式应该是科学的、经济的、有效的,是针对高磷矿具体的理化性质而开发的相适宜的脱磷方案。为我国如期实现“碳达峰,碳中和”的目标,以气基竖炉为核心的直接还原—电炉熔分技术近期发展火热,与此同时在难、杂矿利用方面也贡献了新的解决思路与办法。
In view of the complex and unique ore properties of high-phosphorus iron ore,the paper summarizes the mineral composition of various types of high-phosphorus iron ore,and introduces its resource characteristics and metallogenic theory.On the basis of summarizing the existing dephosphorization process and dephosphorization mechanism of high-phosphorus iron ore,this paper puts forward that the utilization mode of high-phosphorus ore with development potential in the future should be scientific,economic and effective.It is a suitable dephosphorization scheme developed according to the specific physical and chemical properties of high phosphorus ore.In order to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals on schedule,the direct reduction-melting separation technology with gas-based shaft furnace has developed rapidly recently.At the same time,it has also contributed new solutions and methods in the utilization of refractory ores.
