摘要
激光加工机床具有运动速度快、加减速时间短等特点,与普通机床相比,其主机设计的静动态特性要求较高。为验证所设计激光加工机床的静动态特性能否满足设计要求,文章采用三维CAD软件建立机床主机模型,作适当简化处理,将模型导入到有限元分析软件中,选择四面体单元划分网格,根据受力情况和约束条件对机床各零部件和整机进行静力学和模态分析。仿真结果表明,所设计的机床主机结构静动态特性良好,能够满足激光加工要求。
The laser processing machine tool has the characteristics of high feed rate and good acceleration performance.Compared with the conventional machine tool,its main mechanical structure requires good static and dynamic characteristics.In order to verify whether the static and dynamic characteristics of the designed machine tool meet the design requirements,the CAD software is used to build the 3D model of the machine tool.Through appropriate simplification,the model is imported into the FEA software,tetrahedral elements are selected to divide the mesh,and the static and modal analysis of the main parts and components of the machine tool and the whole machine is carried out according to the force and constraint conditions.The simulation results show that the designed machine tool has good static and dynamic characteristics and can meet the requirements of laser processing.
