胃癌患者HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of HER2,PD-L1,p53 and axin in gastric cancer patients and their relationship with clinicopathological features

目的探讨胃癌患者HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2021年10月我院收治的116例胃癌患者的临床资料,所有患者经手术切除并病理证实,且均接受HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达检查。比较HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况,胃癌组织中HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果与癌旁组织相比,胃癌组织的HER2、PD-L1、p53蛋白表达阳性率较高,而axin蛋白表达阳性率较低;胃癌组织中,低分化、淋巴结转移的PD-L1、HER2、p53蛋白阳性表达率高于阴性表达率,而axin蛋白阳性表达率低于阴性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时PD-L1、HER2、p53蛋白的阳性表达率分别与分化程度、淋巴结转移呈正相关;axin蛋白阳性表达率与分化程度、淋巴结转移呈负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中HER2、PD-L1、p53蛋白表达升高,axin蛋白表达降低,且HER2、PD-L1、p53、axin蛋白表达水平与临床病理特征指标间可存在密切的关系,可为预后情况提供参考价值。

Objective To investigate the protein expressions of HER2,PD-L1,p53 and axin in gastric cancer patients and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 116 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were surgically resected and confirmed by pathology,and all received HER2,PD-L1,p53,and axin protein expression tests.The expressions of HER2,PD-L1,p53 and axin proteins in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the relationship between the expressions of HER2,PD-L1,p53 and axin proteins in gastric cancer tissues and clinicopathological characteristics were compared.Results Compared with adjacent tissue,gastric cancer tissue there were a higher positive rate of HER2,PD-L1,p53 protein expression,while axin protein expression rate was lower.In gastric cancer tissue,PD-L1,HER2,p53 of poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rate of protein was higher than the negative expression rate,while the positive expression rate of axin protein was lower than the negative expression rate(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the positive expression rates of PD-L1,HER2 and p53 proteins were positively correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis,respectively.The positive expression rate of axin protein was negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Conclusion The protein expressions of HER2,PD-L1,and p53 in gastric cancer tissue are increased,and the expression of axin protein is decreased.There is a close relationship between the expression levels of HER2,PD-L1,p53,and axin protein and clinicopathological indicators,which can be used to provide reference value for prognosis.
