纺织企业智能化转型的关键决定因素提取

Extraction of the Key Determines Factors of Intelligent Transformation of Textile Enterprises

为提取影响纺织企业智能化转型的关键决定因素,构建了纺织企业智能化特征,利用深度访谈和扎根理论,探索纺织企业智能化的概念和维度,形成纺织企业智能化的构念解释架构,产生4个核心范畴和11个主范畴。利用专家采用群体决策和最佳-最差(best-worst-method,BWM)法对核心范畴和主范畴赋权,并按综合权重从大到小提取出关键决定因素。结果表明:财务状况、领导承诺与支持、内部协作、智能技术成熟度、市场前景和智能技术兼容性对纺织企业的智能化转型起关键决定作用。以纺织企业智能化转型为研究对象,进一步拓展了智能化在生产制造企业转型中的理论研究,并为纺织企业提供了决策依据和参考。

This paper aims to extract the key determinants of the intelligent transformation of textile enterprises.Taking textile enterprises as the research objects,by constructing the intelligent characteristic of textile enterprises,in-depth interviews,and grounded theory was used to explore the concept and dimension of textile enterprise intelligence,and the conceptual interpretation framework of textile enterprise intelligence was formed.Four core domains and 11 main domains were produced.Finally,group decision-making and Best-Worst-Method(BWM)were utilized to weigh the core and main domains by experts,and the key determinants were extracted according to the comprehensive weight from large to small.The results show that financial status,leadership commitment and support,internal cooperation,intelligent technology maturity,market prospect,and intelligent technology compatibility are the key determinants in the intelligent transformation of textile enterprises.Taking the intelligent transformation of textile enterprises as the research object,this paper further expands the theoretical research of intelligent transformation of manufacturing enterprises and provides a decision-making basis and reference for textile enterprises.
