“双一流”视域下的高校图书馆数字资源建设研究:以W大学图书馆为例

Research on the Construction Strategy of Digital Resources in University Library from the Perspective of"Double First Class":Taking the Library of W University as an Example

为优化数字资源结构,以最优质的数字资源保障学校科研、教学及学科建设工作,进一步实现“建设一流大学”和“建设一流学科”的主体目标,通过统计W大学2021年购买的外文全文电子期刊数据库的期刊明细,分析得出所购数据库的ESI核心保障率及2021年W大学教职工发表的论文ESI匹配率,根据分析结果精确提炼未保障资源,通过深入分析、整合各数据库间的期刊资源,优化数字资源结构,制定提升保障率的具体方法,为图书馆数字资源建设提供有针对性的建议和对策。

In order to optimize the structure of digital resources,ensure the scientific research,teaching and discipline construction of the university with the best quality digital resources,and further realize the main objectives of"building a first-class university"and"building a first-class discipline",based on the statistics of the journal details of the foreign full-text electronic journal database purchased by Wuhan University of Technology in 2021,the ESI core guarantee rate of the purchased database and the ESI matching rate of the papers published by the faculty of Wuhan University of Technology in 2021 is analyzed,and the unsecured resources are refined according to the analysis results.Through in-depth analysis and integration of journal resources among databases,the digital resource structure is optimized,and specific methods to improve the guarantee rate are formulated.It provides targeted suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of library digital resources.
