高校档案资源开放策略研究

Research on Tactics to Open Archives Resources at Universities

高校档案不仅因高校教学、科研、行政、文化等记载而具有研究价值和经济价值,也因其社会记忆属性而具有极高的人文价值。高校档案资源开放是社会发展的需要,也是高校档案发展的要求。基于高校档案资源开放的现状、法律保障和技术支撑分析档案开放的可行性,继而从转变思维、资源建设、数据库建设、开放审核机制、档案编研展示和统一利用服务平台等方面阐述了高校档案资源开放策略。

University archives demonstrate not only research and economic values for their record of teaching,research,administration,and cultural activities but also the values of humanities for their social memory.Such values make it necessary to develop the utility of university archives to meet the needs of both social and university development.This paper firstly analyzes the status quo of developing university archives,secondly explores the feasibility of opening university archives from two perspectives of legal and technical support,and finally proposes the opening strategy of university archives resources from the aspects of mindset change,resource construction,database construction,opening audit mechanism,archives compilation and research display,and conjunctive use service platform.
