洛阳市妊娠期妇女口腔健康状况及口腔保健认知能力调查分析

Investigation and analysis of oral health status and cognitive ability of oral health care in pregnant women in Luoyang

目的:调查并分析洛阳市妊娠期妇女口腔健康状况及口腔保健认知能力。方法:选取2021年2月~2021年12月于我院口腔门诊就诊的398例妊娠期女性作为研究对象,统计口腔健康状况与口腔保健认知水平,并分析口腔疾病发病率和口腔保健认知合格影响的相关因素。结果:在398例孕妇中,口腔疾病发病率为76.88%(306/398),其中,共检出龋齿185例(46.48%)、牙周疾病86例(21.61%)、牙髓炎16例(4.02%)、牙缺失19例(4.77%);口腔疾病发病率与文化程度有关(P<0.05),但是与年龄、胎次、收入无关(P>0.05)。孕妇的口腔保健认知合格率为85.93%(342/398);口腔保健认知合格率与年龄、文化程度、收入有关(P<0.05),但是与胎次无关(P>0.05)。结论:本地区妊娠期妇女总体口腔健康状况较差,口腔保健认知能力一般,而孕妇的年龄、文化程度与家庭收入均会对孕妇的口腔保健认知产生影响,造成口腔保健认知能力有所差异。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the oral health status and cognitive ability of oral health care in pregnant women in Luoyang.Methods:A total of 398 pregnant women treated in dental clinic of the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between February and December 2021.The oral health status and cognition level of oral health care were statistically analyzed.The incidence of oral diseases and influencing factors of cognition qualification for oral health care were analyzed.Results:In the 398 pregnant women,the incidence of oral diseases was 76.88%(306/398),including 185 cases(46.48%)with dental caries,86 cases(21.61%)with periodontal diseases,16 cases(4.02%)with pulpitis and 19 cases(4.77%)with teeth loss.The incidence of oral diseases was related to educational level(P<0.05),but not related to age,parity or income(P>0.05).The cognition qualification rate of oral health care was 85.93%(342/398).And the qualification rate was related to age,education level and income(P<0.05),but not related to parity(P>0.05).Conclusion:The overall oral health status is poor and cognitive ability of oral health care is general in pregnant women in the area.The age,education level and family incomes of pregnant women will affect their cognition to oral health care,resulting in the differences in cognitive ability of oral health care.
