清脑益元汤辅助治疗对缺血性中风患者临床疗效及血清Hcy、CRP水平的影响

Impact on Clinical Efficacy of Qingnao Yiyuan Decoction Adjuvant Therapy and Serum Hcy and CRP Levels in Patients with Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨清脑益元汤辅助治疗对缺血性中风(CIS)患者临床疗效及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法将我院收治的92例CIS患者随机分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清脑益元汤辅助治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的血清Hcy、CRP水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清Hcy、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的血清Hcy、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清脑益元汤辅助治疗可明显提升CIS患者的临床疗效,降低其血清Hcy、CRP水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact on clinical efficacy of Qingnao Yiyuan decoction adjuvant therapy and serum homocysteine(Hcy)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods 92 CIS patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Qingnao Yiyuan decoction adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given continuous treatment for 14 days.The clinical efficacy and the serum Hcy and CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,significantly higher than 73.91%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum Hcy and CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum Hcy and CRP levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingnao Yiyuan decoction adjuvant therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of CIS patients and reduce the serum Hcy and CRP levels,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
