摘要
目的探讨糖类抗原(CA199)、糖类抗原(CA125)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)在卵巢肿瘤患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的100例卵巢肿瘤患者纳入观察组,另选择同期于我院体检的50名健康人员纳入对照组,检测其血清CA199、CA125、AFP表达水平。参考病理检查结果将100例卵巢肿瘤患者分为恶性肿瘤组42例,良性肿瘤组58例,比较其血清CA199、CA125、AFP表达水平,并分析单独检测与联合检测对卵巢肿瘤的诊断效能。结果观察组CA199、CA125及AFP表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤组CA199、CA125及AFP表达水平均高于良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。CA199、CA125、AFP联合检测的诊断灵敏度与特异性高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论CA199、CA125、AFP的表达水平与卵巢肿瘤的发生发展有关,三项指标联合检测有助于早期诊断卵巢肿瘤,为卵巢肿瘤早期治疗提供实验室指标参考。
Objective To explore the expression levels of carbohydrate antigen(CA199),carbohydrate antigen(CA125)and alpha fetoprotein(AFP)in patients with ovarian tumors and the clinical significance.Methods 100 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as observation group,another 50 healthy people with physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group,and their serum CA199,CA125 and AFP expression levels were detected.According to the pathological examination results,100 patients with ovarian tumors were divided into malignant tumor group(42 cases)and benign tumor group(58 cases),and their serum CA199,CA125 and AFP expression levels were detected.The diagnostic efficacy of single and combined detection for ovarian tumors were analyzed.Results The CA199,CA125 and AFP expression levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CA199,CA125 and AFP expression levels of the malignant tumor group were higher than those of the benign tumor group(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of CA199,CA125 and AFP were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression levels of CA199,CA125 and AFP are related to the occurrence and development of ovarian tumors.The combined detection is helpful for early diagnosis of ovarian tumors,and provide laboratory index reference for early treatment.
