摘要
目的探讨自我管理理论指导的健康教育在梗阻性黄疸(OJ)介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月我院收治的120例OJ患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用自我管理理论指导的健康教育。比较两组的自护能力及情绪评分。结果干预后,两组ESCA各项评分高于干预前,观察组ESCA各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分低于干预前,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我管理理论指导的健康教育可提高OJ介入治疗患者的自我护理能力,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education guided by self-management theory in interventional therapy of patients with obstructive jaundice(OJ).Methods 120 OJ patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education guided by self-management theory.The self-care ability and emotional score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education guided by self-management theory can improve the self-care ability of OJ patients,and relieve their anxiety and depression.
