以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理在眼科手术患者术后的应用及对其恢复效果的影响

Application of Fine Nursing Based on Humanistic Care in Patients after Ophthalmic Surgery and the Impact on Patients' Recovery Effect

目的探讨以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理在眼科手术患者术后的应用效果及对其恢复效果的影响。方法将2020年1月至2021年9月于我院行眼科手术的80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理,对比两组的术后康复效果、负性情绪(SAS评分、SDS评分)及术后并发症。结果观察组术后康复率为92.50%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论以人文关怀为基础的精细化护理可提升眼科手术患者的术后康复效果,改善其负性情绪,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing based on humanistic care in patients after ophthalmic surgery and the impact on patients'recovery effect.Methods 80 patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given fine nursing based on humanistic care.The postoperative rehabilitation effects,negative emotions(SAS score and SDS score)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative rehabilitation rate of the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fine nursing based on humanistic care can improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with ophthalmic surgery,improve the negative emotions and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
