摘要
目的探讨基于Swanson关怀理论的健康教育在慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者中的应用效果。方法将2020年9月至2021年9月我院收治的120例CHB患者按抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于Swanson关怀理论的健康教育。比较两组自我管理能力及疾病认知度。结果干预后,两组自我管理各项评分高于干预前,且观察组自我管理各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的感知益处、接纳、无助感评分优于干预前,且观察组的感知益处、接纳、无助感评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Swanson关怀理论的健康教育可提高CHB患者的自我管理能力,增强其疾病认知。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on Swanson care theory for patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 120 CHB patients in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education based on Swanson care theory.The self-management ability and disease awareness were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of perceived benefit,acceptance and helplessness in the two groups were better than those before intervention,and the scores of perceived benefit,acceptance and helplessness in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on Swanson care theory can improve the self-management ability of CHB patients,and enhance the disease awareness.
