摘要
目的探讨自助认知行为干预对慢性失眠患者睡眠状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年2月我院收治的60例慢性失眠患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。观察组采用自助认知行为干预,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组的睡眠状态及睡眠质量。结果干预后,两组睡眠潜伏期缩短,总睡眠时间延长,睡眠效率升高,观察组的睡眠潜伏期、总睡眠时间、睡眠效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的PSQI、ESS评分降低,且观察组的PSQI、ESS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自助认知行为干预可缩短慢性失眠患者的睡眠潜伏期,增加睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the influence of self-help cognitive behavior intervention on sleep status and sleep quality of patients with chronic insomnia.Methods 60 patients with chronic insomnia admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received self-help cognitive behavior intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.The sleep status and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the sleep latency of the two groups decreased,and the total sleep time and sleep efficiency increased(P<0.05);The sleep latency,total sleep time and sleep efficiency of the observation group was better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PSQI and ESS scores of the two groups decreased,and the PSQI and ESS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-help cognitive behavior intervention can shorten sleep latency,increase sleep time and improve sleep quality in patients with chronic insomnia.
