风险管理在亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用

Application of Risk Management in Mild Hypothermia Therapy for Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的探讨风险管理在亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月在我院行亚低温疗法治疗的82例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿,随机分为两组各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用风险管理护理。两组患儿治疗过程中的不良事件发生率及随访6个月后的发育情况。结果观察组不良事件发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,观察组的智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理在亚低温疗法治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病中的应用效果显著,可明显降低患儿的不良事件发生率,有效促进患儿智力与运动功能发育。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in mild hypothermia therapy for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods 82 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy undergoing mild hypothermia therapy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received risk management nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse events during the treatment,and the development state of the two groups after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.88%,significantly lower than 19.51%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the mental development index(MDI)and physical development index(PDI)scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management in mild hypothermia therapy for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy has significant application effect,which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,and effectively promote the development of intelligence and motor function in neonates.
