临床护理路径在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析临床护理路径在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年9月我院收治的127例急性胰腺炎患者,根据护理方式不同分为对照组(58例)与观察组(69例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用临床护理路径。比较两组患者的疼痛缓解时间、肝功能恢复时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组的疼痛缓解时间、肝功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.90%,低于对照组的12.07%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.55%,高于对照组的89.66%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在急性胰腺炎患者中应用效果显著,可明显缩短患者的疼痛缓解时间、肝功能恢复时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 127 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group(58 cases)and observation group(69 cases)according to the different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The pain relief time,liver function recovery time,hospitalization time,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The pain relief time,liver function recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.90%,lower than 12.07%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.55%,higher than 89.66%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway has significant application effect in patients with acute pancreatitis,which can significantly shorten the pain relief time,liver function recovery time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
