美日印澳四边机制下的印日互动:发展及其影响

美日印澳四边机制在促进印日关系发展中扮演了极其重要的角色。在美日印澳四边的塑造过程中,印日均将实现美日印澳的机制化合作当作了重要目标。日本最为执着,从最初就试图将美日印澳打造为海洋联盟,到所谓的“菱形同盟”,再至自由、开放、繁荣的印太,日本对美日印澳机制寄予厚望。相较而言,印度显得比较委婉,在美日印澳四边机制正面推进中犹抱琵琶半遮面,但却推动马拉巴尔联合军演与美日印澳四边机制实现耦合,这体现了其追逐美日印澳四边机制化合作的良苦用心。共同的战略诉求、共同的安全焦虑、共同的发展内需促成了印日在美日印澳机制合作框架下的“殊途同归”,也促使印日互动在美日印澳四边机制的共同构建中迈向了所谓的“新高度”。美日印澳四边机制下的印日互动会对中国产生一系列负面影响,应予高度警惕。
