基于可视化文献分析软件的地榆研究热点与趋势分析

Research Hotspot and Trend Analysis of Sanguisorba Officinalis Based on Visual Literature Analysis Software

目的:分析含地榆文献的研究热点和发展趋势,为该味中药提供研究思路和借鉴。方法:利用CiteSpace软件(可视化文献分析软件),对含地榆文献的作者、机构、关键词进行共现聚类和可视化分析。结果:通过检索CNKI数据库分别获得文献590篇,作者群中文献以作者蓝海发文量最多,主要作者间未见合作关系;研究机构中“成都中医药大学药学院中药材标准化教育部重点实验室”等发文量最多,各机构合作较少;高频关键词为地榆、化疗、没食子酸等;时区图展示2006年-2015年为研究高峰期,主要集中在治疗方案及药物提取方面。结论:地榆研究中作者和研究机构间的合作较分散,关键词显示近年主要研究热点及趋势在升高白细胞、抑制癌细胞及化学成分等方面,后续研究可重点关注癌症放化疗的辅助治疗。

Objective:To analyze the research hotspot and development trend of the literature containing sanguisorba officinalis,so as to provide research ideas and reference for this traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Using CiteSpace software,the authors,institutions and keywords of related literatures containing sanguisorba officinalis were analyzed by co-occurrence clustering and visual analysis.Results:590 articles were obtained by searching CNKI database,the author Lan Hai has the largest number of articles in the author group,there was no cooperative relationship between the main authors;among the research institutions,‘key Laboratory of Standardization of traditional Chinese Medicine,Ministry of Education,School of Pharmacy,Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine’has the largest number of papers,there was less cooperation among agencies;the high-frequency keywords were sanguisorba officinalis,chemotherapy,gallic acid and so on;the time zone map shows that the period from 2006 to 2015 is the peak of research.It mainly focuses on the treatment plan and drug extraction.Conclusion:The cooperation between authors and research institutions were scattered in the study of sanguisorba officinalis.The keywords show that the main research hotspots and trends in recent years were the increase of white blood cells,inhibition of cancer cells and chemical composition,the follow-up research can focus on the adjuvant treatment of cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
