丙戊酸镁缓释片、碳酸锂缓释片分别联合奥氮平片治疗双相情感障碍的临床对比研究

Clinical Comparative Study of Magnesium Valproate and Lithium Carbonate Respectively Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Bipolar Affective Disorder

目的:丙戊酸镁缓释片、碳酸锂缓释片分别联合奥氮平片治疗双相相情感障碍(BPD)的临床对比。方法:随机数字表法将江西省精神病院2018年1月至2021年12月收治的80例BPD患者分为对照组(37例)与观察组(43例),两组患者均口服奥氮平片治疗,对照组联合应用丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,观察组联合应用碳酸锂缓释片治疗。比较两组患者治疗有效率、躁狂症状量表(BRMS)、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后BRMS得分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),组间比较观察组低(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丙戊酸镁缓释片、碳酸锂缓释片分别联合奥氮平片治疗BPD疗效确切,碳酸锂缓释片联合奥氮平片疗效更优,可显著改善患者狂躁与抑郁症状,安全性均良好。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of magnesium valproate and lithium carbonate respectively combined with olanzapine in the treatment of bipolar affective disorder.Methods:A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to Jiangxi Psychiatric Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(43 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with olanzapine tablets orally.The control group was additionally treated with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets orally.The observation group was treated with lithium carbonate sustained-release tablets orally on this basis.Clinical effect,the Bech-Rafaelsdn Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)scores and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,BRMS score in 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower in observation group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with magnesium valproate combined with olanzapine,lithium carbonate combined with olanzapine is more effective in the treatment of bipolar affective disorder,which can significantly alleviate mania and depression in the patients with good safety.
