摘要
羟基磷灰石具有良好的抗压强度和生物相容性,是目前骨组织工程中运用最广泛的生物材料,但是单一的材料往往作用有限。因此利用其特殊的孔隙结构作为药物载体和抗生素、抗骨质疏松药物、抗肿瘤药物、生长因子等结合在骨损伤修复领域发挥更大优势,如降低药物细胞毒性,延长药物作用时间等。本文就多种药物与羟基磷灰石结合的制备方法、优缺点等进行综述,旨为羟基磷灰石载药复合支架修复骨损伤提供理论依据。
Hydroxyapatite has good compressive strength and biocompatibility.It is the most widely used biomaterial in bone tissue engineering,but a single material often has limited effect.Therefore,the use of its special pore structure as a drug carrier,combined with antibiotics,anti osteoporosis drugs,anti-tumor drugs and growth factors,plays a greater advantage in the field of bone injury repair,such as reducing drug cytotoxicity and prolonging drug action time.This paper lists a variety of drugs,and reviews the preparation methods,advantages and disadvantages of their combination with hydroxyapatite.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for repairing bone injury with hydroxyapatite drug-loaded composite scaffold.
