莪连颗粒联合胃复春片对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变患者疗效及血清糖类抗原19-9、癌胚抗原的影响

Curative effect of E'lian granule combined with Weifuchun tablet on chronic atrophic gastritis patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and its influences of serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9,carcinoembryonic antigen.

目的观察莪连颗粒联合胃复春片对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变(PLGC)患者疗效及血清糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)的影响。方法前瞻性选取2019年1月至2021年1月到上海中医药大学附属曙光医院就诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎PLGC患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组45例和对照组45例,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合莪连颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的症状积分、血清CA19-9、CEA水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者胃脘胀满、乏力、隐痛、纳差等症状积分显著低于治疗前,且观察组各症状积分分别为(0.63±0.18)、(0.65±0.20)、(0.59±0.15)、(0.46±0.12)分,显著低于对照组[(1.71±0.22)、(1.36±0.25)、(1.67±0.78)、(1.29±0.21)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与治疗前相比,两组患者血清CA19-9、CEA水平有所降低,且观察组血清CA19-9、CEA水平为(175.46±24.64)、(17.59±4.63)mg/L,均显著低于对照组[(230.68±28.43)、(30.66±5.12)mg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率(2.22%)与对照组不良反应率(4.44%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莪连颗粒联合胃复春片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎PLGC患者,能够有效改善患者血清CA19-9、CEA水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of E'lian granules combined with Weifuchun tablet on chronic atrophic gastritis patients with gastritis precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and its influences on serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).Methods Ninety patients with chronic atrophic gastritis PLGC in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine January 2019 to January 2021 were gathered as the research objects,and separated into an observation group and a control group with 45 cases in each group according to the randomized blocks.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets,and the observation group was treated with E'lian granules on this basis.The clinical efficacy,symptom scores,serum CA19-9,CEA levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of epigastric distension,fatigue,dull pain,poor appetite,etc of the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment,and the symptom scores of the observation group were(0.63±0.18),(0.65±0.20),(0.59±0.15),and(0.46±0.12)points],which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(1.71±0.22),(1.36±0.25),(1.67±0.78),(1.29±0.21)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CA19-9 and CEA in the two groups were obviously lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum CA19-9 and CEA in the observation group were(175.46±24.64),(17.59±4.63)mg/L,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(230.68±28.43),(30.66±5.12)mg/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group(2.22%)and the control group(4.44%)(P>0.05).Conclusion E'lian granules combined with Weifuchun tablet for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis PLGC can effectively ameliorate the serum CA19-9 and CEA levels and enhance the clinical efficacy.
