摘要
为了解广西检测机构水中铜的检测能力,通过对广西14个地级市132家检测机构进行了水中铜的实验室比对,利用四分位数法和迭代法2种稳健统计方法对实验室比对能力验证的数据进行了分析。结果表明:迭代法比四分位数法相对温和;社会化环境检测机构的满意率比生态环境监测机构的满意率要低,应加强对社会化环境检测机构的培训和管理。
132 testing laboratories participated in proficiency testing of copper in water in 14 prefecture-level cities in order to understand the detection ability of copper in water in testing laboratories in Guangxi. Quartile and iteration robust statistic techniques were used in data analysis of proficiency testing by inter laboratory comparisons. The results show that the iteration technique is milder than the quartile technique. The satisfaction rate of the socialized environmental testing institutions is lower than that of the ecological environment monitoring institutions. The competent department of environmental protection administration should strengthen the training and management of the socialized environmental testing institutions.
