摘要
应用RN6001、CGM400E高锰酸盐指数分析仪测定了环境水样中的高锰酸盐指数,探讨了这2种仪器方法与传统手工法在监测结果之间的差异性。结果表明:两款仪器的检出限均为0.05 mg/L,远低于手工方法,标准样品测试的相对标准偏差在1.24%~3.22%之间,实际样品的相对标准偏差为1.25%~5.16%。通过对不同水体的样品与手工方法的比对分析表明,两款仪器测定结果与手工方法结果完全可比。全自动高锰酸盐指数分析仪操作简单,其应用可大大降低人工成本,且在保证监测结果准确性、稳定性的同时也提高了工作效率。
The permanganate index in environmental water was determined by RN6001 and CGM400E permanganate index analyzers, and the differences between these two instrument methods and the traditional manual method were discussed. The results showed that the detection limit of the two instruments was 0.05 mg/L, which was much lower than manual method. The relative standard deviation of the standard samplesranged from 1.24% to 3.22%, and the relative standard deviation of the actual sample was 1.25%~5.16%. The comparative analysis of samples from different water samples and manual methods showed that the results of the two instruments were completely comparable to those of manual methods. The automatic permanganate index analyzer is easy to operate.Its application can greatly reduce labor cost, and improve the work efficiency while ensuring the accuracy and stability of the monitoring results.
